Whining about having to pay 50% tax on her millions of pounds of earnings! She's a millionaire and needs to wake up and smell the coffee. In the real world people are having to take pay cuts, are losing their jobs, losing their homes

......and she says she can't use public transport anymore! It comes with the territory love, spend some of those millions and employ someone to drive you around

Seems like not-so-little Miss Adele has got too big for her boots and badly needs a reality check

That`s not what I`m saying at all JL. Neither I or her are saying she shouldn`t have to pay taxes. She`s saying that losing 50% of her earnings is galling. I know she is raking it in but she is doing no more than the rest of us regarding paying taxes. As you say, it`s all relative.

she's just being honest. once you earn above a certain amount you've to stop complaining about paying tax??? at least she *is* paying it, unlike lewis hamilton, sean connery, top shop etc etc. plus what about all the people who spend more on acountancy fees to avoid paying tax than what their actual tax bill would amount to.

I like Adele she goes across as a very grounded level headed young lady in interviews. I think she is very pretty and is a good role model for young girls (not everyone has to be stick thin in order to succeed !).
