@Jake-the-peg Meteorologist....I'll ignore the slightly sarcastic tone of your response
There's an awful lot more to Water Vapour issues in climate change than it just "Raining Out" any concentrations the atmosphere can't handle at any one time. Climate Change is a natural phenomina, Global Warming is a media/government/greens hyped process where we face a cataclysmic rise in global temperature and in turn sea levels.
The biggest issue for me though is that Governments can't scaremonger as easily if you talk about water rather than Carbon Dioxide. The threat that CO2 poses is being labelled as a greater threat than all the nuclear wars that were possible or all the potential cataclysmic natural phenomena that threaten us daily Supervolcanos, Mega-Tsunamis etc etc. Governments have raised Trillions and trillions of your favourite local currency in Green Taxes using the CO2 argument, they couldn't do that with water vapour. Unfortunately I can't be convinced of it and yes I do know the physics involved.
