Can i enter the Usa with a fireworks conviction ?

About 4 years ago someone told the police i had a firework and in the end i got an £80 fine but nothing more i was wondering if i wanted to travel or live in the USA would i have to tell them before going and is it enough for me not to get into the USA ?

when is best time to book international flights ?

enter the usa by quebec and can't be legally deported

Also, is not easy to go and live in the states, you can just turn up in the USA and say "I am going to live here"

yea well i admitted to having it so the police said "well u admitted to having an firework were going to give u an £80 fine and nothing more will be done.

but if i ended up marrying my sweetheart who lives in america then wouldent that be cause enough to hopefully be able to live there evan though i might get rejected

even if you marry your sweetheart, you do realise its not easy to get visa and the same for her to live here in UK

I still think that there is a bit more involved, I have never heard of anybody being prosecuted for having a firework, there is no law against having a firework as far as im aware, they do sell them in the newsagents and supermarkets.

The answer is yes you would have to tell them before going and whether it stops you going depends on exactly what you were charged with and how the US authorities view it.

If it was possession of an adult firework under the age of 18 then it shouldn't stop you getting a visa.
