In times when we are all facing cuts, is it not also fair that there should also be cuts in legal aid for asylum seekers?
I would like to ask how did Mr Woldat Teklebrhan get here in the first place, why didn't he make for the first safe country, surely there are many to choose from in Africa?
/// Asylum specialists are going out of business. Last year the legal charity Refugee Migrant Justice (RMJ) shut down, leaving 10,000 asylum cases in limbo.///
As are many companies, putting many employees in limbo.
/// Teklebrhan, a trim, young man in a fitted black shirt, blue jeans and black trainers ///
What has that got to do with his plight? Then some criticise the Daily Mail for such reporting.
Just found out how he got here,
He escaped Eritrea, travelled through Libya, into Italy and then to Calais, from where, in 2009, he was smuggled into Britain inside a lorry.
