she lives in a house on her own and doesn't even consider the needs of the poor immigrant family, it makes my blood boil that we have a legal system whereby she was able to have them removed.

No doubt the family are now living in the streets and not getting and financial help from anyone.

and yes my tongue is firmly in my cheek!

seriously though this is dreadful, imagine coming home to it, and not being able to have them removed until a court order has been raised.

there also seems to be a certain level of irony as she is an immigration officer!

I thought it a truly horrible story, and the family moved two doors away, into a doctors house, who was away, renovating it or somesuch.
Looking at the photograph of the woman's house, could the squatters not be charged with criminal damage?
Irony or not, it's reprehensible that you can't leave your property for 10 minutes without some bstard being able to jump in and take over.
They trashed her place and her life, i've been burgled and that was bad enough, so feel for the woman completely
doubt they have a pot to p&ss in,
The tele and computer were missing and they were wearing her clothes - Don't you just feel sorry for these poor Rumanian scum
I wouldn't have called the police, I'd have rung a few (dodgy) mates and sent them round.

Because redhelen thats what they were.

unfortunately we never get full details in a news story, but there is also a video of it on the bbc and the house looks totally trashed.

what i don't understand is why they trashed it and why when the neighbours were told by the squatters that the owner had died the neighbours didn't ring the police.

it is just another of the many many stories that we see in the press each day and grumble about as our country goes down the pan.

But unfortunately we are powerless to do anything about it.

craft1984 that is what i would have done with my mates and then ...... the newspapers have a field day of poor immigrants beaten up by violent nationalist gang etc etc.
Question Author
sorry craft1948
lol I was young again for a minute...........
Legislation to make squatting a criminal offence is scheduled for this parliament.
Brenden that's exactly the point, and if they had been white anglo saxon, what ever that means now, then the papers, tv news, would have said so.
Same as craft1948,
I'd have called in a few favours from mates who know how to deal with, how can I put it, 'a confrontation'.
same as craft
I'm not sure my reaction to finding them there would have been a peaceful (non-violent) one, especially if the bu@@ers were wearing my clothes!
I'd vote for a decent Government with this manifesto -

Get us out of the EU.
Re-establish our borders and exclude the East European feral criminals.
Give us a British Bill of Rights.
Stop fighting America's wars.
Send home anyone who isn't prepared to integrate and live by our laws.
Venator, good, sounds just like AOG, where is he by the way.
Now that sound great to me venator.
