Indian Lamb Chops
1 Answers
I love the little lamb chops you can get as a starter in Indian restaurant and a local takeaway place does gorgeous kashmiri lamb chops.
I hoping to find some cheap lamb chops (frozen or from a market maybe?) and do some myself I googled a recipe for kashmiri lamb chops)http://www.curryfrenzy.com/curry/recipe
s/Lamb-Chop-Kashmiri.html)
but it has all kinds of ingredients in small amounts in which would make the dish really expensive, especially as only for me, which is a no go for me.
Any cheaper and easier recipes welcome and the best means of cooking, I have a heavy grill plate though I could only put it on one of the electric hobs and a George Forman grill. Maybe I need to burn them a bit to get the "charcoal cooking" effect :) I do like meat well done but can I do this without ruining them and them going all dry and shrivelled?
