I read all the emails with great care . They kept repeating the same information which did not solve the two problems.
1. I had forgotten my password .
2. I had changed my email address.
The only way to get my password back was for you to tell me it or email the link to change it , but your records listed my 3 year old non existent email address .
I told you the new email address but you kept repeating the same message that the old email was the one in your records and that my new email was not valid.
I repeatedly told you to use the new email but you still didn't change your records. or tell me the password.
Finally you did what I asked , you told me my original password and within minutes I was back in circulation.
