the trials of Sinitta

I don't think there's any doubt that Simon Cowell was behind ITV's decision to let the washed up Sinitta into I'm A Celebrity. It seems he's ensured she's been well-advised on how to make the most of the opportunity too. She made it clear from the outset that she was scared of virtually everything, which experienced viewers know ensures you get picked for at least one trial thus guaranteeing plenty of exposure. Then, once doing the trial, she reacted in a totally OTT terrified way, guaranteeing she'd be picked for further trials. Tonight when she got given another trial, rather than look horrified or even dismayed, she couldn't stop smiling. All a big scam, I say. The sad thing is, however much exposure she gets from doing trials, it's not going to lead to her getting more work when the show's over. She'll be back on the phone to Simon again within weeks. The only fascinating thing about Sinitta is the secrets she must have that cause Cowell to keep on keeping her sweet. What do you think?

They'll be a few things straight after but after a couple of months only one or two will still be getting work and be popular.
It's all about the money and getting any bit of attention they can. And if you think some of them couldn't have a need for more money, it's not about needing it.
