Morning Milady from frosty Manvchester. Just peeped out of the curtains and seen my van covered in frost so I'd better set off a few minutes earlier to scrape the windscreen. What fun! Have a nice day everyone.
good morning bernie and bd. just went to have a look outside and it is not frosty but rather and chilly. the sort that gets through to your bones. have a good day both of you and drive carefully.
good morning em10. i get cross with myself for not sleeping and having to creep around trying not to make any noise and wake others too early. how about you?
Good morning Janine - it's not too early. Welcome to the club! I gave up trying to sleep several years ago and fill the early hours in with plenty of other things.
Morning Janine, Bernie, and em10, in early to do loads of spreadsheets whilst it is quiet - people off sick and on jury service so have to cover them. Unfortunately, I was only born with one pair of hands so can only do what I can. My initials may be JC but I don't do miracles!! Kettle's on and time for a coffee, methinks.
Good morning to you all and welcome LJ to Insomnia Anonymous. Still uncommonly warm here in the eastern shires. Preparing today for a trip across the Pennines tomorrow to celebrate sister's 70th birthday, and then tomorrow evening to ,a mock Question of Sport with the teams made up from current and past Everton and Liverpool players.
Morning Andy. Morning jd - preparing myself for a trip across the Pennines too, on saturday, to see my 3 gorgeous granddaughters - oh and my son and his wife!!
good morning welshy, andyvon and jd. hope you are all well and going to have a good day - not working too hard welshy i hope. could i please have costa rican no java. ooooh ta everso.
welshy true, but obviously i meant coffee, shame as its about the best instant i have found. So will put the word out later, if someone can recommend something as good, or better
hope it stays dry as i'm not to keen on gardening in the rain and i really need to cut back the fuschias, even though they are still in full blook. seems a shame but want them to look good next year. also the grass needs cutting again. unfortunately the mower cannot cope when it gets too wet and long.
