did you know he was living here and no doubt claiming benefits all the while ?
i recall some time ago late in the 90's some other murderous african "general" was found living on benefits in Lewisham, SE London.
i think its pretty safe to say that we are the one of the worlds most welcoming dustbins judging by the rubbish we attract and let in
