...lives was this piece of garbage responsible for.
did you know he was living here and no doubt claiming benefits all the while ?

i recall some time ago late in the 90's some other murderous african "general" was found living on benefits in Lewisham, SE London.

i think its pretty safe to say that we are the one of the worlds most welcoming dustbins judging by the rubbish we attract and let in

I suspect most coutries have a fair number of undesirables they have opted to give mercy to, for want of a better phrase. Can't believe it is here only.
OG, not just here, but we have more than our fair share, living on the proceeds of British taxpayers, not right at all.

Agree, and the worse part is, we don't even have a fortnightly collection.
He sounded like an ok guy. He said he did the best he could.

How many points is that in scrabble

We attract these people beause we are stupidly generous with our benefits to anyone who just "turns up".

Most other countries expect people to have contributed, or benefits are time limited.

Not us. Turn up and you can live on benefits for the rest of your life if you like.

Look how much this guy got away with, and now we have to pay to keep him in prison

He wasn't living here, he was receiving treatment in a private UK hospital following a stroke... He also never lived here while on exile, he lived in the Ivory Coast.

But don't let the truth put you off a good old rant.
