Political correctness gone mad.
I agree Sandy
so now you won't know where to go to get a toy boy? This is PC gone mad.
I thought I'd say that before any of the usual suspects did.^^^

I can't think of anything to say - there really are some strange people out there.

I agree with her.
With certain of the usual suspects lying in the middle?
I don't drink alcohol so there would have to be Pepsi Max in the 'girls' aisle.
Quite right too. Anyone would think that boys and girls had different tastes. How embarrassing for a boy to have to venture into the girls section to get themselves a frilly ballet tutu. Or for a girl to have to brave the male dominated boy section to find the cool Optimus Prime Transformer. They'd not know how to avoid the red face awkwardness of it all.
lol at the concept of OG in a pink tutu ...
although Hamley's do come out of this with publicity for being a forward thinking non-discriminatory company.. two weeks before Christmas! You couldn't buy publicity like that!!

Is that naturally or with the aid of ther NHS steve, it is stupidity gone mad, wonder what the cost of the court case was.

Toys should always be displayed by type and age, gender has little to do with what toys children like. My son had a toy pram when he was a toddler, he also loved his little toy vacuum cleaner.
A spokesperson for Hamleys said: “The changes to our signage were not due to any campaign.

“It was made clear to us from consultants’ and customer surveys that our store directional signage was confusing. As a result we commenced changing all our signage in October of this year in order to improve customer flow.”

I can see how "Games" and "Interactive" could be confusing on the old sign.
