It has been clear for a long time that you have no idea what is racist and what isn't. My little joke refered to the baby being pixellated in the Mail photograph making the child look blocked like Lego. There was no reference to the colour, crede or ethnicity of the child, nor non intended.

So in answer to your double negative ridden question,

Yes, it is not racist.
