Hi guys. I was watching a late film lastnight and in one scene a woman decides to go shopping in a town bout half hour from her house. Whilst walking down the high street she looks in a local cafe window, deciding whether to have a bite to eat, when she sees her husband sitting with another woman. they were holding hands across the table and were clearly more than friends. She was so shocked that she didnt know what to do, and walked away in a daze. My immediate reaction was why didnt she walk in and confront them, but thinking about it im not sure what I would actually do in that postition. So what about you? Would you charge in, or walk away and decide what to do?

I think I would walk in, my anger would make me incredibly unreasonable and I would probably make one heck of a scene.
I think I would stay away until i had my emotions under control and didn't react in a way I might regret later.
I think I'd walk away. It might be a long lost sister or work colleague who has suffered a bereavment.
I would be playing 20 questions when he came home tho.
I would be tempted to charge in and kick off but i would more than likely not. I think i would maybe ring his mobile and ask what he was up to... if he lied then i think i would calmly walk in and sit with them and ask what the crack was.....
I would walk away, I think, unless I was having a particularly bad day already, in which case I might just lose it and confront them.

Half of me thinks to walk away and then confront him later, but then the other half thinks that if you did that later on, then he would have a chance to think up an excuse. Think my heart would me hammering away though if I saw that!
thats why i said phone him and ask what hes up to.
I would have gone in and said Hello Hello Hello, what's all this then????
If I did not get a reasonable answer, coffee and food over their heads!!!!
I just stood there until he finally noticed I was there, the look on his face told me everything I needed to know. Then I walked away.

Yes. But it had happened before and this was the last straw!

OMG you poor thing!
I'd take a photo and leave a blown up photo on the fridge with a message saying This better be a good one....
Go in and say hello.

lol, cud always walk and say " room for another one??"
walk away and make some fiendish plans
i would stand outside until i knew he had seen me, then go and buy chain saw and make sure its the first thing he see's when he comes in
It happened to me
I saw my husband with another woman in a bar having a drink. I did not make a scene - I was 7 months pregnant at the time and had just been for for a check up.
I just went home and felt sad all day
He left me two weeks later - but that was 1/4 of a century ago
I'd go in...

Also. it depends what job he has. My OH only works with men so I'd know straight away. But if he worked in an office it could be a work colleague who's partner has just left her/ someone died...etc etc.
Well they were just holding hands so you can't be sure that it's not innocent i.e. a work colleague in distress. Bursting in pumped with adrenelin, shouting incoherantly is not a good look and will do you no favours. I'm all for a cool considered attack, softly softly catchee monkey. I do think calling his mobile is a good idea as long as you could sound calm enough. Getting a photo could help to give you some evidence should you need it.
