If this was your child it happened to? I cried when reading it.

Truthfully I could not have controlled myself under those circumstances.
So heartbreaking. :( The teacher should be ashamed.
Simply - No

I hope he or she is fired, and never works with children (for their sakes)again.

Isn't it a heartbreaking story? To do that to any child is terrible, but to a child with disabilities whi can't help themselves? It's just despicable.

Me and Mr Boo were discussing it earlier Ummmm, and I said I think i'd end up in court over something like this if it was my child, it'd push me over the edge!
I would seriously struggle not to get physical over something like this, it's just so awful. Poor wee mite has been through enough and the teacher is obviously so unsuited to working with children that they ought to have been removed.
Heartbreaking, the teacher should be sacked, and I would probably be doing 3 month in HMP.
I would be at the teacher like the Tasmanian devil - the poor little thing is only five.
Boo- my eyes are full... I know a child who has this disease right now...

I swear id be in the jail or up in court.....i seriously would have kicked him or hers head in xx

Of course not. It was one heck of an emotional ride for the parents. If it were them who told the story to the Wail and the school has apologised then that is the end of it however.
Question Author
Exactly Noxxy. From reading it, the parents were being quite civilised about it all at the beginning too. They only went public with the story when the school attempted to brush it under the carpet.
Oh and agreed 2SP even a well child of 5 could have had a wee infection or whatever and have an accident....and to be treated that way x
I hope they are fired too boo... I think I would have lost it....
That is really awful; strictly speaking teachers do not have to change children when they have accidents (it's in a list of things they shouldn't do as they take away from teaching time) but when you're in primary schools it comes with the territory and I would never ask a child to do that!
Question Author
I wouldn't be happy with that outcome seadogg, im afraid. I'd be relentless in my drive to make sure that teacher was fired and never worked with children again.

I think I'd have thrown a slap...
I posted donkeys ago about how my cousiin with learning difficulties was treated....wasnt even a teacher ...was a bloody yard assistant or something....my aunt went mad....but not as mad as my mum would have went it affected the whole family her brothers (all primary school age) were crying in school, as was i, my aunt, my gran.....wonder how the heck people are employed sometimes...

Then again my best mate is a teacher and she is lovely and would never ever ever do that xx
