Lord_Elpus - you accused someone you have ever met, and have no prior knowledge of, of being scared of getting a prayer ban on
You're presenting a hypothetical situation, and placing someone you've never met into it, and have decided how they would act.
I think that's a dangerously large leap of logic, and I think what people were criticising you for was that the thrust of your argument was "Here's another example of us pandering to Muslims".
I don't think it is, but if you may recall, my last post to the thread was asking your to clarify your position, because I wasn't sure what you were trying to say.
Anyway, this is how it now stands - there are to be no prayers at council meetings and it doesn't matter whether you are catholic, Hindu, Jewish or Muslim.
If prayers WERE to continue, then it would only be fair for the atheist councillors to read passages from Richarwd Dawkins book too.
