OK I concede that technically Cleveland has changed to Redcar& Cleveland from Langbargh (sp) but I repeat, they talk with a Teesside accent and we don't want them.

yes we are all watered down Geordie mixed with a little Yorkshire. We are torn - called posh by those north of the River Tees and common by those south of Darlington. -oh and according to Look North the woman's been sat since 11am this morning with a bag with 'bomb' written on it - you could not make this up Pet.

Title of this post is somewhat dated as it was all done and dusted yesterday. Apparently the poor woman concerned is the local nutter and to be quite honest I found the hordes of armed police rather risible. Every town has someone like that, we seem to have more than our fair share.
