Colour should not be an issue, suitability for the job should be the decider.

Colour is not an issue, Baldric is right about that.
Sematu shouldn't get it as he will further divide the community and send a good third off to Rome....and his contribution to the Holy Sunday Book Of Murdoch will not stand him in good stead.
ex-Durham for me and they reckon Truro stands a good chance - why on the latter, I do not know. He wussed out over the gays-in-the-hotel case in Marazion - no evident leadership there.
