Petrol stations closed

Lots of petrol stations in town have closed because they've "run out of petrol". Have they really or are they just trying to stop the panic buying?

I usually wait for the diesel light to come on before I buy anymore (and then I go mad and put £20's worth in), can't risk that at the moment though. Could theoretically manage without the car (won't need to do any mercy dashes to boy #1's school if he is poorly) but might need it for any unforeseen illnesses or hospital trips. Right, better start that flipping shopping list!

Most cpetrol stations have run out around her although I did see a tanker arriving at Adsa this morning.
BP wanted £148.9 for the petrol they had left and 150.9 diesel !
I was lucky enough to fill up at lunchtime at a lesser used garage with no queue and at 139.9 petrol and 142.9 deisel. They will have run out by now.
