ditto...however he is back in hospital for further treatment..perhaps raking it all up again was not such a good idea..he did seem uncomfortable and a bit hyper at times...wish him well...
I like Frank Bruno generally but I too felt he was a bit uncomfortable but then it's a hell of a thing having your life disected on TV in front of a live audience. Hope he's feeling better soon.
Morning TWR & everyone,
I enjoyed watching this last night. I thought he came across as a very loving grounded person. I love the fact he's passing on all he's learnt to the younger ones training to be boxers.
That was not mentioned TTFN & I don't think it should have, whatever has happened in his private life should remain private, there is enough sht going through the tabloids, the bloke has / is going through a bad patch in his life & I was glad that this was not mentioned by Piers, as said he is an ambassador for his country not like these jumped up bloody footballers, the ones that cry if someone kicks them in the shins.
Morning TWR. I thought the idea of the programme was to give an insight to the whole person. Perhaps it was agreed before hand not to cover this aspect, but it does not 'wipe the slate clean'. I don't agree with the 'good ambassador' tag - just my opinion.
Quite agree with you TWR, talking does help but not to the media - you just leave yourself wide open to a backlash which (if it were me ) would cause me to be more depressed.
