I feel very sorry for this girl, someone stole her private video and sold it to the press, throwing her intimate moments for the whole world to look at. Now, she's been forced into the public gaze and has to put up with it. I just feel so sorry for her. Shouldn't people's privacy be more protected?

Double edged sword though, isn't it? On the one hand, yes, why should her private life be paraded around for the edification of the general public.

On the other hand, her whole public persona has been based on her lurid exploits. I don't believe there was any suggestion she was going to be kicked out of her nursing job for being exposed in the NotW (or whichever rag it was), so she's actively chosen to take the route of exploiting her public image for gain.

I have no sympathy whatsoever. She chose to talk to the News of the World. As a result she has netted over �1million from follow on work.

When the media tires of her, which is inevitable, what will she be left with ? Frankly, who cares ?

I can't really agree with you entirely, true, she hasn't been thrown into the public gaze, and she might have leaked the video herself in some cheap publicity stunt, but IF it is a genuine video betrayal it isn't very nice.

She took an opportunity which was available to become a model and celebrity and phenomenally rich, and nobody really seems any worse off for it.

I didn't hear her whinge about lack of privacy, she said she needed a break when she went to New York, but we all take days off from work. She told her parents not to buy the papers because it was saying bad stuff about her, but at least she is detatched enough about it to do that and keep 'working'.

It seems like she's getting money for nothing, and I'm as jealous about it as you guys. but why are you moaning about Abi Titmuss when hospitals are being closed because they can't afford the extra �15,000 to pay doctors the going rate while employing probably fantastically well paid PR people to break this news ? Abi's job is to model, which sells papers, and the audience clearly wants Abi.

just to add a little to the porn video thing, if it was stolen and she is suffering the humiliation, how come the website u can buy it to watch is registered in her agents company name and she gets a percentage of all subscriptions to the site!!!

These responses are phrased as if she is asking for sympathy - I watched the documentary on her and she did not once express that wish. Seems to be she is making a lot of cash while she can - good for her. She knows it will all end sooner or later - I guess a �million plus in the bank will console her!
