Donna Summer RIP

Just heard that Donna Summer had died of cancer aged 63. I loved her records and it is a shame to die at such an early age

I have such good memories of being in a bar in Brooklyn with my future husband-Donna Summer blasting "I Feel Love" in the background....she was the 80's.
Sorry to see her pass.

Shocking! Saw a video of her only a couple of nights ago, and thought how good-looking she was in the 80's. Thought her comments on Aids were abominable, but I am sorry she has died at such a young age.

Sorry to hear this news.
I remember listening to the Top 40 as a kid when she was number 1 but was always intrigued as to why the BBC never actually played it, such was their self regulation then!

Well in this day and age '63' is not exactly elderly is it? Cancer sadly is no respecter of age, my husband was 64 and I sure as hell thought it was too soon for him to go.
