It was unusual to witness the the demise of certain members of the Royal Family, on what could be the last balcony appearance the Queen ever makes.
I would have thought at least that she would have had her other three children (Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, and Prince Edward) by her side.

Having the likes of golfing ambassador Andy or fascinating Beatrice up there would not have brought much pleasure to the nation, though their presence at the royal wedding was appropriate.
