The three wise monkeys is an ancient Japanese design. So, nothing wrong with that.
The artist has captured Cameron's face rather well. Though that's a dreadfully large boil on his bum.

The artist is using the metaphor of 'hear no evil, speak no evil,see no evil'. I don't think colour has anything to do with it.
