........the "Cash In Hand" MP who lectured us about the moral repugnancy of avoiding paying our dues.

He claimed tax-free payments for a vacuuum cleaner, a mattress, bedding, towels and a TV, as well as having his stamp duty paid on his south London flat, all from expenses.

So please excuse me if I think of him as nothing more than another hypocritical self-serving trough-guzzling hypocritical MP, and they come from all sides.

My son tried for years to get a seat in Westminster but fortunately failed each time. I think he has learned to stick with his proper job.
