Definitely dandruff
There is a woman who works on the tills in our local Sainsbury's who has chronic dandruff. It's all over her shoulders. She sits there and brushes it off.
I never go to her till. It makes me shudder when I see her.

Going bald is normal and can actually improve a guy's look.

Dandruff is annoying but it can be prevented - it looks naff and unsightly.
