For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I know we have discussed this before, both as patients and looking after people who have had to access the NHS, and in many of my recent experiences say the last 10 years, they have been quite poor. People now are commodities, shunt them in and shunt them out, often leaving you bewildered and also often back in hospital, because the illness has not been sorted out from the start, so it's not cost effective.
