remember i told you freya was in hospital with leukemia,she got her blood results yesterday as she has been on chemo.there is only 1% cancer cells left,i am so happy,children should'nt have to go through that,just thought i would share....

i am so happy,she has been taken back into hospital as she has a swollen bladder,hope she is out by the week-end for her big brothers birthday.

Yes you are right about kids; one of my eldest's friends has had it in Texas and it is a stark reminder to all that know her.

My daughter "ran" into her friend on a Brownies' visit to the Texas Children's Hospital and got to spend all the visit with her; it has helped to make my daughter that more compassionate. The Children's hospital is amazing with what they do and how they make things a little more comfortable for the kids and parents..........an example of best practice for all to chase.

'mummy' stayed in hospital in york with her and she says they are wonderful to both kids and parents.
