So what do ABers think of the Boy Georges new tax breaks?

In an age of austerity, and from an economic perspective, one can only hope that the treasury have got their sums right - that giving up 100M a year will bring in greater revenues down the line - otherwise it will be an example of joe public subsidising the profits of big business.
The only other concern I would have would be the adopting of potentially very risky extraction procedures in all but exhausted oil fields, leading to a calamitous oil leak like the one that happened recently in the Gulf of Mexico...
