I read this last night, and aside from assuming that the woman concerned must be seriously mentally ill. I hope they catch her soon and deal with her.

Agree, it must be a mental illness, well I hope it is. There seems to be a very good description of her so hopefully she'll be caught ASAP. One wonders how far she'd go, she was seen hanging around a school so bleach in a bottle wouldn't work on kids of that age.
