Lets stop these Muslim....
fanatics destroying our Country. What right have they, because if we acted the same in their homeland we would be put in jail.
I suppose most of them are on benefits paid by you and me anyway!
Deport the lot of them and lets get the UK back for the British!

Well of course that was the intention of the filmmakers! Have you not read the articles describing who has made the film, the more vocal supporters of the film, and the financiers?
It is a piece of hate propaganda. But religion all too often calls for books, films, commentary, cartoons to be banned.
Thats the wrong approach. Just like its the wrong approach to go out an commit murder, or demonstrate mob mentalitiy, or attempt to get your way through violence and intimidation. Does that represent anything approaching civilised behaviour to you?
The only thing that such behaviour does, unfortunately, is to further reinforce the perception, amongst the non-muslim global population, that there is a concrete association between the muslim faith, islamic fundamentalists, and the spectre of the uncivilised, baying mob, terrorism, murder, violence and intimidation.
By such reactions that we see across the muslim world, the propagandists who originally made the hate film have won.

You are letting you own bias blind you to the sentiment driving the words that are written.
No, I do not agree with the OP. I think their post is an expression of frustration, of anger, of fear, seasoned with a fair degree of cultural stereotyping.
What I am saying to you is that the over- reaction by the mobs across the muslim world, the attempt to impose their will upon others by murder and violence, is the spur to the sentiment expressed by the OP.Until the muslim world matures, and learns how to control its minority fanatics, many non muslims across the rest of the world will continue to respond with fear and loathing, much as the OP has demonstrated.
Criticism of the muslim faith, or the actions of islamic fundamentalists in attempting to stifle criticism or ridicule of their religion by the use of baying mobs, or small groups of islamic fanatics committing murder and mayhem does not automatically mean that the person doing the criticizing is a racist, or a member of the BNP...

Lots of good points. I'm with Naomi24 about the misuse of that freedom, because freedoms mean responsibilties.
I also think that a total of 150 mad jihadis wannabees marching is a very small number given the overall Muslim population of the UK, so that pleases me no end.
So what if the film is controversial, it should be ignored, (or taken to pieces intellectually in articles and letters to the press), not used as an excuse for burning building s and killing people?
