The search in Wales for this little missing 5 year old girl (who hopefully will turn up safe and sound) reminds me of the hunt for missing Tia Sharpe during a few months ago. That was strange because after the arrest of the BF, and the discovery of the child's body in the attic - the whole thing died from the news altogether. Which made the whole case seem very odd indeed. Whatever had happened ?

I don't think the trial has taken place yet so maybe it can't be talked about in detail as it could prejudice the jury
From the Mail on the day of the funeral iaabout 3 weeks ago:

"Ms Sharp's partner Stuart Hazell, 37, who has been charged with Tia's murder, is in custody and expected to make a plea at the Old Bailey on 19 November.

A provisional trial date has been set for 21 January."
That's exactly it, the case hasn't gone to court yet.

And of course the media will be gagged against speculation, especially as Tia has brothers that need to be protected from press intrusion.
Why odd?

A child went missing, the body was found and someone has been charged. What else is there to talk about?
