several posts have said the same, still can't think how you charge a person with murder where there is no body. One hopes they have sufficient evidence, and not just a case of he was in the frame.
I saw it earlier boxy. He has been charged with 3 offences I think. Murder, child abduction and perverting the course of justice. He will be giving them "no comment" as his answers.
Em. It never used to be possible, but since a particular case, if there's enough evidence, it is now possible. I'm sure someone will tell us which case it was (unless I find out first)
