several posts have said the same, still can't think how you charge a person with murder where there is no body. One hopes they have sufficient evidence, and not just a case of he was in the frame.

I saw it earlier boxy. He has been charged with 3 offences I think. Murder, child abduction and perverting the course of justice. He will be giving them "no comment" as his answers.

appalling is the only way i can describe this case, her poor parents must be besides themselves. If it is him why on earth doesn't he tell them.

Em. It never used to be possible, but since a particular case, if there's enough evidence, it is now possible. I'm sure someone will tell us which case it was (unless I find out first)
