Why should people outside the Thames Water Company be expected to pay £70 per year towards the cost of building it? Its official. We have had a leaflet through the post saying it affects us even though we are well away from East London and under a different water company.

I'm surprised there hasn't been a stink about this as it will affect millions who live outside the Thames Water area.
