Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I received my marked quiz sheet back this morning. I scored 98/100 so was quite pleased.

I slipped up on Clue 30 DUNES. I put Sandbanks but the correct answer was actually Sandhills. Nearly right.

I had also spelled Zeal Monachorum as Zeal Mon0chorum. I have had new glasses since I sent my entry off in September. I wouldn't make the same mistake now!!!!!

Anyway, the quiz gave the two of us a great deal of pleasure and I hope that Barrie plans another quiz for 2013. We always took a photocopy with us when we went out in the car and spotted several answers by just looking at every signpost we passed.

Well done getting 98/100.I didn't do that quiz but I'm working on quite a few just now-some fairly straightforward but some are really "challenging".

I don't want to know my score, so I never ask for it. I feel so ashamed of myself when I get the wrong answer, especially when it is usually so evident when I see the right one. I must be very dim. I learn a lot by doing quizzes though.
