How can one man beat a goverment over deportion stop is legal aid so he as to pay for it him self if he can't then just deport him back to jorden and let him sue us from there it would be cheaper in the long RUN

the law has always allowed one man to beat a government when the government is wrong. That is what has kept bad rulers at bay for centuries, and the English should rejoice in the rule of law. There are plenty of countries that don't have it.

That took some reading given the lack of punctuation etc.

The problem with this sort of quick fix suggestion is that when you start ignoring a person's right to justice by denying them what others get then you are on a slippery slope. Who is to say what can be denied who once you start that game ? Before you know it you are in for "Vote Fascist for a Third Glorious Decade of Total Law Enforcement" and "Be a Government Informer. Betray Your Family & Friends. Fabulous Prizes to be Won".
