Perhaps you should think about it a bit more before adopting your sanctimonious stance.

really, Chinese restaurants seem to discriminate, because you never see a black or white person serving in their restaurants, nor doing the cooking i suspect. Same for most Asian restaurants, the owners i am sure would think it strange to employ someone who is not of their culture, and couldn't cook the types of food they sell. I remember an article quite recently from a Chinese restaurant owner bemoaning the fact that they can't get the Chinese staff they want because of the government clampdown on immigration.
I do remember years ago in the States where employers had to hire someone of the right colour, to keep up their quotas, rather than the best person for the job. It's not right. ...and why must we have BEM networks at work? - we don't have white ones. Sometimes employer non-discrimination seems to go too far the other way. I don't understand it.
