Keep Clear Of Clearsmoke

I thought I was doing the right thing by trying these electronic cigarettes,trying a few different ones to find which one suited me.Got an e mail advert for Clearsmoke,offering their kit for £7.95.
Kit arrived,and to be honest I was impressed,apart from one of the cartridges falling apart that is,and I just never got round to re ordering them.

Got the credit card bill and was shocked to find I was billed £60.00!!!!Yikes
Rang them up and was told,you guessed it,I was scammed.The SMALL smallprint said it was a trial that I had to cancel within 14 days or I would be billed for the full amount of the kit.Now I know I said they where good,but not that good,specially when you compare the price of the kit to some of the other makes around that don't try and scam you.

I ended up having a good e mail moan to them,and they said as a goodwill gesture they would refund me £30.00,but I am still waiting.

So,dear Answebankers,keep clear of Clearsmoke.

Any ideas as to anyone else I can moan to,even though I understand it was totally my fault,but I feel the advert was a bit misleading.Would trading standards or anyone be interested?

I forgot I actually posted that,got mixed up with another thread.Gosh,I wish I had your memory.If I was more on the ball it probably would not of happened.
Just to answer a query on the other thread,you had to return the kit after the trial period,and they assure me that there are no more payments coming out of my account,but I am going to inform the credit card company anyway.
