I opened a packet of festive fudge that Mrs Z's dad bought us for Christmas the night before last and had 4 bits. Came home last night do find the box shoved under a stool, an empty packet on the floor and a very guilty looking dog. No ill effects. Must have been too much to resist! He's never done anything like that before.

I've never thought about leaving things lying around, my dog is usually well mannered, and won't go near others food/drink (raids the bin, though). Last Christmas, I woke up from a little kip and couldn't find my LARGE glass of bailey's. I soon forgot about the drink when I saw my dog all over the place. I went to ring a vet, then it dawned on me. The dog was drunk!...

The dog was drunk! The little fecker had nicked my Bailey's. I walked her and walked her, still couldn't sober her up. I had to sleep with the dog to stop her running around and bashing her head. She vomited on me several times, it was worse than dealing with a drunk teenager!
