The last thing I heard was that Balls was being junked in favour of his brother David Miliband taking over as Shadow Chancellor. Much more credible and a very good speaker.

Ed Balls and David Miliband seem mutually incompatible which is a shame as they would be a formidable combination. Ed Balls is feared by the Tories despite what they claim and so is DM. All differences should be buried for he sake of the future
