Ridding The World Of Terrorism - Can Cameron Handle It?
http:// www.bbc .co.uk/ news/uk -politi cs-2124 8277
The world would be a safer place without terrorism no doubt. But a report recently says there are over 1,000,000 militant Muslims and their offshoots spread throughout the world. We have seen what terror they can cause in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and now a major slice of North Africa. Now that Obama is taking a back seat this void is led by Cameron. Does he deserve our encouragement?

They are extreme muslims who tend to donate vast quantities of money to 'freedom fighters' where ever they may be (usually not on Saudi). Their charitable donations find thre way to Chechnya, Mali, Afghanistan or where ever the frontline is between Islam and everyone else.
Unfortunately, they are funded by us all filling our cars with Petroleum bought from Saudi oil. We could starve Islamic terrorism from its funding tomorrow by not buying petrol, but we won't.

Cameron can't on his own, it would have to be a concerted effort by all countries affected, that includes any mid east countries that so far have no or few terrorists in their midst. We have seen what terrorists did here in Britain, sadly though you don't have to be Mujahideen, Taliban or Al Qaeda, but some ill thought out, misguided individuals who think that they will sway the hearts and minds of those here by planting bombs, instead of engaging in dialogue with our governments, over their sometime legitimate concerns of our involvement in foreign wars.
One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. Your perception of terrorism tends to depend whose rifle barrel you are staring down at the time.
We need to accept that other nations and other countries wish to live differently than us, and we must find ways of rebuffing their intentions to change our thinking with ways other than militatry force, which has singularly failed thus far.

Ratter has hit the nail on the head. We call them ‘terrorists’, but for them this is not terrorism – they are at war - and regardless of our reaction, they will remain so. It is not simply a matter of them wishing to live their own way in their own country – their ultimate aim is to impose their will on the rest of the world – and it’s time we took out heads out of the sand and acknowledged that.
Right cause muslims are the only ones engaging in terrorism arent they?
Shining path?
Tammil Tigers?
Terrorism is a major tactic in asymetric warfare where one side has access to much more sophisticated weaponry than another.
You should be asking why we have asymetric warfare
The main reason the Taliban is fighting us is because WE ARE IN THEIR COUNTRY!!!
They are not massing over the channel ready to invade us - the 7/7 terrorist attacks were inspired by the fact that Western countries are interfering in other countries all over the world.
We invaded Iraq and killed 100,000 civillians
The US pours billions of pounds worth of military hardware into Israel
The will they want to impose on us for the most part is not to be killed by our soldiers

Jake, no other terrorist organisation is creating worldwide mayhem - but of course once we stop interfering, it’s all going to go away. Open your eyes. These people are laughing at people like you. This from the mouth of a ‘moderate’ Muslim.
//As far as the domination of Islam is concerned. Truth always come out on top, sooner or later. You believe it or not. Your problem//
//So when the time come people in Europe would appreciate that Muslims came here to show them the way.//
jno, //I certainly won't be happy until Britain is under Sharia law//
I believe you.
