Don't know. What do you think? Can't tell from the report. Can tell that some lawyer thinks two definable cases are evidence of system, which shows he doesn't know much about the law of evidence. He might have the seed of one against one employee if he had the same employee acting in the same way on several occasions

Perhaps the person in the suit recognised the family and there were other factors at play?

Finally, it's perfectly possible for the employee to be a big racist. It's one of several possibilities. Racism exists, and there's no pint shyi away from it, or pretending that everyone is treated equally all the time.

AOG, you asked what redress a white family would have in the same circumstances. Would a white family not be able to complain, and be taken seriously?

A white family would have exactly the same remedy as a black one, if the evidence was there, aog.

You may wonder if there are no anti-white discrimination cases, aog, but they are possible and you may rest assured that the Daily Mail, which likes these stories and rightly regards them as important; it is a model in showing up racial discrimination; whether they arise here or 3,000 miles away, would surely be first to report such a case.

Reading the story, I think Donald may also have been sexist too, ignoring a boy to go and hug a girl, or also ageist, ignoring the 5 year old to go and play with a baby.
