i think that is a metaphorical statement, but you much admit that those given opportunities they would not have had in their home nations should surely be better served by being well behaved, this however is not the case for some. I grew up in Keighley. You could call it a slum. I have also lived on council estates in Birmingham too while I worked there. I am no stranger to slums. Thankfully I had enough brains and motivation to mess around with the brain dead drug takers/ dealers. All I wanted to do was get out which I did. Unfortunately all my other familly members didnt. Some still are there wasting their life away.
