Is This 'privacy' Gone Mad?

I know that recently many TV programs pixilate peoples faces especially children to protect their privacy & identity but was watching a program yesterday when they were filming in a park and laughed my socks off to see that a DOGS face was blotted out.

The worlds gone mad!

I saw a news report about a dog being rescued by the police after it had been spotted running about a busy road.

They blotted out the dog's face. I ended myself.

On a similar note, I noticed on a children's programme that they had blotted out a pig's bum hole. Seriously.

It's all done to keep up the hysteria. Load of old bollux that it is.
