as i opened that link, it looked for all the world like an aeroplane, it's a bit dark in here x
as to the smoking, can't see it myself, laudable but not overly realistic.
It may or may not be very laudable but it has about as much chance of success as Mr Salmond has of persuading the Scots to vote to split from the UK.
Please stub yours out at the frontier !

Laudable, but hardly achievable without a step change in public attitudes.
It is a laudable aim, and an ambitious one, too. I think the % of adults who smoke in Scotland is roughly 25%, so to achieve a target of 5% of less by 2034 is going some.

Whether they achieve it or not will depend very much on how much smokers are willing to sacrifice in order to continue to smoke - I would imagine that rules about where it is acceptable to smoke will become more restrictive, and the price will continue to increase.

I am very glad I gave up. The amount of money i have saved is huge, and even more now. I was in the newsagents the other day - a pack of 20 B/H is £8! I gave up when they were £5 a pack and thought it extortionate then.

Assuming a pack a day, thats £56 a week, or £3K a year as near as dammit.
