So.... how many papers have decided to have a pop at Chirac/ France in their coverage of the Olympic decision? Always good for xenophobia to be answered by a bit of er... xenophobia, I think! Examples please!

Don't know about the British press but apparently the French press are blaming him. Also there were 2 Finnish judges on the IOC Committee and he slagged the Finns off in his tirade the other day, so that might have just swung it for us.

Like most politicians he should be treated with the contempt he deserves, if its his comments that swayed the IOC what does it say about them ? personally i couldnt care less what he says about our food, you think that Blair doesnt make comments about other politicians ? get real. In six months time you'll see them all shaking hands, patting themselves on the backs as usual  etc.
