I get more annoyed when I have to hang on for ages, how can Call Centres always be so busy? I think they've gone to make a cup of tea and are on a break half the time. And I'm hard of hearing so I can't understand an English accent unless its from London, let alone an Indian one. So sometimes I do get a bit annoyed but I must say they are always so polite you can't really get angry with them, and they do try their best. But I wish I could hear a nice English cut glass accent, the ones in the old British black and white films and old BBC clips from the 1950s (or Stephen Fry) that's all I can understand.
