Well, he has never been prosecuted for any crime. Yet he has spent the last decade locked up without any trial. Why on earth should he pay for that?

The Government has spent close on £1million failing to deport him. Again, that isn't really his fault, he has just defended himself (and won, so far). Maybe we should hold our Home Secretarys to account for wasting our money?

M15 used him as an informer and protected him from being sent back to Jordan, which might explain why the Jordanians aren't much interested in helping us now.

So no, you cannot name a crime that he should be deported for.

He entered illegally but claimed asylum which made him legal.

He claimed incapacity benefit in 2008. That is past tense and five years ago. How long did he claim? Is he still claiming? Can he claim IB in prison?
