I don't think I'd agree with the DM's "lack of interest" judgement, exactly - just that why would anyone live in abject squalor in support of a policy that is likely to be a reality in a few years?

It seems there's always been a "lack of interest" from the population as a whole. Oh well.
there was a group at Greenham Common too. They were there ages after the USAF had moved out and the area was longer a military site.

I think they just like female only camping arrangements.
