Now recuced to 352. Annilation beckons in 2015.

In fact the Lib Dems only got 155 more votes than the Monster Raving Loony Party,

If you look at the change in number of councillors for the parties, both the Conservatives and LibDems took a massive hit but proportionally the Liberal Democrats have been hit even harder, losing over a quarter of all councillors up for election yesterday.

Political annihilation is not certain yet -- again, 2015 is the only one that matters for the next two years -- but it's increasingly likely.

It must be very sobering indeed for Clegg that even the racist parties are more popular than the LibDems.
