Mira Advance Atl Thermostatic Electric Shower 9Kw Shutting Down
2 Answers
I have one of the above showers installed in an upstairs bathroom. It's been in for 4 - 5 years and has recently started acting up.
When the start button is pushed there is sometimes a distinctive sound (to me a bit like an air pocket being pushed through) and the shower begins. After a random time from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes the same noise heard at startup happens again, the service light comes on and the water flows cold.
When this happens, isolating the shower via the pull switch seems to reset everything and things go on as they should.
I wondered if anybody has experience of this particular model, this fault and a remedy
Thanks for your time, look forward to any replies.
